Dollisha worked as a model in the early stages of her career. He has done advertisements for many brands which mainly include Mebaz, Kalasha Fine Jewels and Dadu’s.
In 2015, he entered the world of acting with the film Omlet. In 2019, she acted in the role of Kokila in the Telugu film Bhagyanagara Veedullo Gamattu. In the same year, he acted in the lead role in the Tamil film En Kadhali Scene Podura. In 2023, she was also seen in the role of Swati in the film Calling Sahasra.
